IBR Roofing Sheet roll forming machine engineered for the high-speed, precision production of IBR (Inverted Box Rib) Sheets. IBR roof sheeting is a square fluted profile with an effective covering width of 686mm, designed for use as side cladding or roofing material in commercial, industrial and residential buildings. The name IBR is abbreviated from “Inverted Box Rib” and has become a household name in the African building industry. The deep, broad flute design offers excellent drainage characteristics combined with optimum weight versus load/span capabilities.

Key Components & Technical Specifications
- Uncoiler & Decoiler: Heavy-duty mandrel with motorized arms for handling large steel coils (up to 10 Tons capacity). Integrated brake system prevents uncontrolled unwinding.
- Main Forming Station: The core of the machine. Consists of a series of meticulously machined grade-specific alloy steel rolls, arranged in successive stands (typically 12-18 pairs). Each set of rolls gradually forms the specific IBR rib profile (e.g., triangular, trapezoidal) into the sheet metal.
- Cutting System: A high-precision hydraulic or servo flying cut-off system cuts the continuously formed panel to the pre-set length without stopping the production line, ensuring clean, burr-free edges.
- •Control System: Centralized PLC with a user-friendly HMI (Human-Machine Interface) touchscreen. Allows for storage of numerous product recipes, remote diagnostics, and real-time monitoring of production speed, length, and quantity.
- •Output Conveyor: Motorized rollers support and transport the finished IBR panels away from the machine for stacking or further processing.
